day 1 of reboot of healthy way of eating. decided to go keto/paleo/lchf, trying to minimise carbs and up the fat while keeping protein low to moderate. First day went ok ... just that I am not a fan of bulletproof coffee ... perhaps I need to buy other MCT oil.
I am going to try intermittent fasting tomorrow and only eat at noon. Stopped eating before 7 tonight, which means 16 hours from now will be around 11am.

thanks @Tagresk :) It was amazing today, because of the fat intake yesterday, I wasn't hungry till 2pm and I could have pushed it longer ...

I can't drink anything in my coffee-black and sugerless for years. When I started on the LCHF life style I decided that I'd rather skip breakfast altogether than try that coffee. Just the thought of tasting it made my stomach churn. Don't force yourself to drink it. You can do just as well without it. Good luck with your journey.

Thanks @YoliesP ... I have not had it yesterday or this morning and I feel great ... decided to use all that good butter some other way :) I don't understand how people rave about it ...

Intermittent fasting is the best. Lost 12kgs in the last 3 months. Skip the bulletproof coffee and just do black. If I feel like it, spoonful of organic butter as I do not mind that.
