i had bacon and took off 45g of fat. the pack said uncooked amount should i take 45g of fat off the amount of bacon i eat? i'm way over my fat but did not eat that much fat. i made bacon creamcheese tomato sandwiches but no bread i used bacon as bread yummmmm
