goooooood saturday mornin...everything is fine...just not really in the mood to journal...after a while what can you say..exercise isnt working for me with the cold weather...but am stickin with the food that i kno works for me...had freezing rain yesterday/last night...but today that will melt off...an rain is on its way tomow...i really miss my morning walks...so every morning that its decent enough ive been tryin to get out an do a morning walk...another week an jan will be gone...weeks seem to fly by anymore...well...time to make the bed an eat something..have a great one...
