So the crud going around has finally got ahold of you too, huh? sorry to hear that! It was all I could do to finish my time on the treadmill today. I am kind of wiped out of energy because I THINK the crud is trying to catch me too...I'm crossing my fingers and hoping NOT! feel better buddy!  

Poor thing. Rest and drink lots of fluids! 

i have rested some of the day..and ive had soup all 3 meals..and alot of water..my nose is runnin like a river and i feel great..so i plan on pounding the pavement tomow and hittin the gym to make up for my days off...
