Saturday:up at 09:30! slept so good last night, started walking on the treadmill. just 20 mins. I have just GOT to stay in control of myself...I really do believe my life depends on it. Now is a very critical time in my life. I do not have any serious health problems, but soon I will if I cant get things to turn around with my weight and fitness level..Just keep journiling and recording..stick to it. Bad ending to this diet day. Bored and worried about things I have been putting off like taxes .
