Well, yesterday not good. Still above the allotted carbs. I am determined to get back on track today! Started my day off well, bacon, avocado and lettuce for breakfast. Good fats and a veggie substance, that works. Now back to drinking water and walking the stairs while at work! It's really a shame how I let myself get distracted, I seriously need to get a hold of myself.
