I have been having some great workouts. My good news is I finally got the same time on my bike as I did in last year's indoor triathlon. I have been 1/2-1 mile behind my time and couldn't seem to bring it up. Today I finally reached my same exact mileage of 4.64 miles in 15 min. Yes! This was AFTER I ran 3.2 miles and then I biked 15 min and decided to see what I could do in another 15 min bike going all out. So I guess my muscles were good and warmed up. The good news is I did it as I have been thinking I will not be able to get as good of a time as I did last year which was pretty frustrating. I'm feeling strong and fit and just waiting for this extra weight to come off. It is being extra stubborn this time. I plan to have a good week and be vigilant in what is going in my mouth!
