goooooooood mornin everyone..23 outside as i get outta a nice warm bed an feel the chill in the house...brrr...but was warm enough yesterday to get outside an ride the bike to no where...i could feel the workout in the middle of the nite when my hips where catching...but just turned over an went bck to sleep...today they feel fine...was hopin it would be warmer...had thought if it was in the 30s this morning i would go for a mornin walk...still might layer up an do a shorter morning walk just to get bck into the habit...an then after it gets warmer, do the bike for 30 minutes like i did yesterday...i can tell my exercise routine has been lacking...as its gettin easier to sit at the computer for longer...since i use a wooden chair, it was always to hard to sit on it for very long...but i guess lack of exercise my butt has gotten use to that harder surface..lol..and i need to break that bad habit...well..gonna get my body up an movin...eat breakfast an decide if im going to do a mornin walk or not..i kno i will be happy once i get bck home from it...just the idea of layerin up to do it...lol...stay tuned to see if i motivated myslf to get up an go...lol...and if you dont stayed tuned..have a greatttttttttttttt day everyone...
