I have a goal My waist is 46 inches and by the end of Feb I want it to be 45 inches.... one inch doesnt seem like a lot but from what I have seen its going to take 10 pounds to get that inch off. It seems huge for one month since I have not been doing so well. It seems like its coming off soooo slow!
