I've always been fat, just never this fat. I don't mind being fat, I've been this way for at least 35 years. But I've always been able to do anything I want. There have been many times that I've worked circles around Skinny girls. But now, I feel bad, and am now letting the weight hold me back. I'm tired all the time. I need a change. I must decrease so that my Life can increase!

We all have the lightbulb moment when we see ourselves clearly. It sounds like you have had yours. You are NOT alone in this journey. We are all here for you! You CAN do this.

I, too, have been overweight most of my life but was active and quite the go-getter. It sucks to "suddenly feel bad and tired" all the time. Aside from that I don't know much about you. Have you done the check list of causes? Are you getting enough B12, Vit D, Vit C, Vit K2, and micronutrients? These will bring you down in a heartbeat if they are deficient. Are you getting enough fiber in your diet (at least 2-3 servings of fruit and 4-5 servings of veggies each day)? How's your sleep been? How much beef, pork, chicken, dairy do you consume? Bear in mind that all of those animal foods are rich in Antibiotics, Growth Hormones, Dioxin and Arsenic which definitely make a body feel weak, tired, and sick. Lastly, how much sugar do you consume? It is hugely inflammatory to all body systems-this includes artificial sweeteners and white flour.
