Hello again everyone, been a few days since I've recorded anything, my bad ! Still exercising, but still have a few slips on food which I'm working to conquer !!!

Hello! Great to hear that you are still exercising. Good luck with the food choices. I'm going through the same thing - can't figure out which of 3 plans I want to follow (so am doing none of them).
