Ugh, I have a love hate relationship with my treadmill. I was light on steps today so I did more than my normal 30 or so minutes tonight. I hate my treadmill when I first start. I hate it when I'm on it and I love it when I step off of it. I do feel better afterwards. I walked just over 4.3 miles tonight on it. Woohoo, I walked a 5k plus. Next step to increase my speed for a better time. I'm hoping my next weigh-in will show some sort of drop, I'm should be getting a whoosh or mini whoosh soon.

I guess you have to find a way to make it more fun or take your mind off it. I go outside walking, and sometimes I hate that too!

I stream shows or movies when on it. It's not too boring, walking outside always involves the dog, no, not doing that. I just hate exercise until I feel good afterwards.
