GOOD MORNING EVERYONE...day 167...gettin ready for my morning walk, then im off to the gym..for another workout..started lifting weights yesterday..and yes im alittle sore, but just means im usin muscles i havnt used in a few years..so thats good...il check in later as today is one of them run errands day...

breakfast:cheerios, bannana, 8oz water
morning walk: rained out
gym workout: 40 min treadmill, 5 on incline

90 day progarm i have started...
regular crunches-------2x25
right crunches-----2x25
left crunches -----2x25
leg curls-----------------3x15-20
leg extensions-----------3x15-20
leg press-----------------3x15-20
toe press-----------------315-20
flat dumbbell press-----3x12-15
side laterals--------------3x12-15
dumbbell curls----------3x12-15
triceps extensions-------3x12-15
rear delt flyes------------3x12-15

16 oz water
protein shake: 8 oz pro complex protein shake

lunch: 1 1/2 cups of veggie soup, 2 slices of wheat bread, 2 slices of turkey lunch meat, 1/2 cup of fat free yogart ice cream,8 oz water
snack: bananna
supper:chicken patty, 7 pringle sour cream and onion, 3 pears in light syrup, lite strawberry banana non fat yogart, 8 oz water..

calories ate ----------------------------------1542
extra hungry today...
calories burned for the day--------------------1392

kitchen is closed cause im tired of eatin...lol

Wow, i'm impressed with the new 90-day workout addition! How long does it take to do that routine? I added some weights but I only spend about 10 minutes at it for now. Since muscle burns fat, you should lose weight even faster now!

takes me about an hour to do the program..as you do take like a 2minute rest between sets

depends on how much steam you looose along the ways...lol...as i get down to the last 2 or 3 workouts...im usually gettin pretty tired by then..

AWESOME!! Man, you have quite a work out routine, how do you do it?! lol I just can't imagine as busy as I am how I would be able to be as dedicated as you are... I pray I will be someday! Great JOB!!

most mornings im up by 430am and moving around gettin things done so i can be out the door at 6am for my morning walk, come home, change tshirts, get ready for my workout in the gym..you creat a routine like anything else an it becomes a habit...
