Maria Richards's Logboek, 16 apr 17

Went on my usual Saturday walk with Torbay Walkers yesterday, Kingswear to Totnes, via Dartmouth, Dittisham, Cornworthy, Tuckenhay and Ashprington. A rather lengthy 13 miles!! I left home at 10.00 am and eventually got back at 5.55 pm. We had a lovely lunch stop above Dittisham and a welcome "refreshment" stop at the Durrant Arms in Ashprington. As I was walking at the back I was last to be served with my half pint of cider. I don't imbibe very often and had to neck it in minutes before starting off again!! I certainly felt a bit tired last evening.

Today was a much more leisurely stroll in and around Exeter Quay and canal with hubby.
