I cheated a bit this weekend but overall I think we have been eating a lot healthier, making better choices and eating out less. So far the exercise has been evading me but I think I will make that a goal this week: two yoga sessions! I got a new Yoga DVD, Bob Harper's Yoga for the Warrior and I want to challenge myself a bit!
