Day 2 of detox, it is going great so far! Did the elliptical last night after work 1 mile in 20 minutes, not sure if that is good, but it felt good! So far so good today also. I am going to the gym at lunch and will shoot for 30 minutes on the elliptical.
Meals planed for today: 2 egg whites and a grapefruit for breakfast ~ done 16 oz smoothie for snack 1/2 cup brown rice and 1/2 cup beans for lunch Piece of fruit for snack Salad for dinner
I think I am going to do it this time, I am very happy right now and very much ready!
