Still doing the 5:2 diet - so so easy!!! I am doing it as my "maintenance plan" and aim to continue until we go away on holiday next week.

No diets are allowed in Gran Canaria - it's apparently the law!!!!! 😆 😅 😂 🤣

Glad to hear the 5:2 is working for you! I haven't managed to do it 😞 But never mind, I'm still losing, just not as fast as I'd like. Have a great holiday!

Heidi - I have been doing 800 cals 2 days a week, as per new version - not been hungry and staying more or less within RDI on other 5 days. Finding it very easy and surprisingly I've lost another 2 lbs this week 😀 😃. Your Challenge has kept me motivated, so thanks Buddy!!! 😀 😃😀 😃

I'm really glad it's working for you, Maria! My problem is I keep feeling hungry on 1200. Tried cutting to 750 a couple of times in the first week of the challenge, and ended up eating more and the wrong stuff (biscuits!), so I have decided to give it a miss for now, and settle for slower weight loss. I still think it's a useful tool, though, and will probably use it in the future. I think it will be great for maintenance, or for occasional bursts of weight loss when necessary. I also think I'd find it easier in warmer weather. Just can't do it now!
