RoseFlorida's Logboek, 28 apr 17

Tomorrow is going to be a busy day. Hubby has a dragon boat race. I go to all races within 30ish minutes of our house, so 3 or so a year. I'm making my cheese ball (must, under orders just about) and prepping the rest of my (our) food. I'm bringing a veggie tray, lunch meat, cheese, grilled artichoke hearts, olives, and some other low carb foods. The cheese ball is low carb also. I also have some low carb beer for tomorrow. There will be lots of walking and busy work so I will be exhausted by the time we get home. Hopefully I bring enough water because somehow a lot of it disappears out of our cooler (they ask)
