Didn't make it to the gym this morning like I had hoped but it's okay because I will be going a lot this weekend and be busy!

If you can't hit the gym, are you able to walk around the 'hood? Our weather here has been Springlike at the worst-it's rainy today, but in the 60s. We haven't HAD winter here yet... at least as far as I can tell! ARGH! So, I'm having to mow the yard when it should be dormant. BUT... we've been able to get out there walking and get sweaty instead of catch a cold or worse. You'll find your moment!
