RoseFlorida's Logboek, 01 mei 17

I woke up this morning with a pretty bad pain in my lower left side area. I doubt I'm going to get in my exercise today. It was bad enough this morning I just went back to sleep. I'm glad this was a day off. On the plus side I'm really not hungry today and didn't even have my coffee until almost 4PM. I think it's a pulled muscle (I hope) if I still have it tomorrow off to the doctor's I go.

Thanks. I went on my treadmill tonight and the pain wasn't bad while using it so I got an hour or so in. Before and after, not great at all. During was okay though.
