loosinisfun's Logboek, 05 feb 12

gooooooooood sunday morning..wakin up to 43 this morning..wind chill of 39...kept up an at it yesterday...went for a morning walk in the mist/drizzle...almost 3 miles...walked to apartment and then onto regular short route...came home an was watchin tv...brian called an asked what i was doing..told him not alot...he says..you ready to move...i said its raining...he laughed an said so...so.. everything that was in storage is now sitting in my new apartment..and set up or put away...half way done..hoping to be fully in by third week of feb...moved 4 loads yesterday...funny how you hang on to so many things that meant something to you 40 years ago...an really never use anymore...need to sort thru alot of it an pass it along to someone else...no sense in keeping something that sits in a box for another 4o years...im happy about moving...cant wait to finally be settled in an in full control of whats going on for a change...well..gonna eat breakfast..get layered up an get that morning walk over with...things to do today once again...lol...have a great one...

BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. I AM HEALTHIER BECAUSE I CHOSE TO CHANGE MY EATING LIFESTYLE AND HOW I EXERCISE THE FOOD OFF...
2. BEING HONEST WITH MYSELF WHEN I LOG MY FOOD INTAKE IS IMPORTANT..
3. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
4. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!!
5. I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
6. I BURN MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
7. I KEEP AN EYE ON HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
8. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!.
9. BEING CONSISTENT IS WHAT WORKS!!!

A friend of mine is reminding me moving is the best time to go through everything and weed it out. Your right it is hard to get rid of some things. Wow that must feel really good to have almost everything moved in. And what a good person you have in your life to actually volunteer to get it done. Great job keeping up with the walking. Yeah for Brian! Now you don't have to worry about storage. Yes, it is amazing what we hang onto. I swore when we moved 13 years ago that I would never let that happen again, well, guess what ... I need to clear out again. I never considered myself a pack rat but do tend to think "I may need this" hence hanging onto stuff. You do sound happy about moving and it doesn't sound like it is that far from where you live now. That's nice too. Lots of exercise ... Walking and moving! What a great feeling to be halfway done!! Have a fabulous day!

thanks jav an pet...brian told me he felt obligated to help move me since im always helpin him when he calls sayin he needs a hand...i told him that he didnt need to feel obligated...he called this morning just to see if i planned on moving anymore today..lol...told him i had other things i needed to do before i moved anymore stuff...i did however move a few more things this morning...just to keep weeding stuff outta the closet...
