went away to a lodge this weekend which was meals included and there was so little that I could eat!!! Shattered! Survived on the first day but the second when there was only tea, muffins and biscuits in the morning I was ravenous and screwed up. Hoping that it only stalls me and doesn't stall me. Off to the gym this morning to make-up for Sunday sins! :)
