Monday: Rotton sleep last night, I woke up at 1:00 am and tossed sbout for I dont know how many hours drifting in and out of some kind of hellish twilight sleep, The dog even got pissed off and moved away from me. Rats. goal this week : 188 by next monday. JIf peanut butter taste much better than skippy. I tried them side by side and Jif won. The strawberries I found at Win-co were really good. Cantalope is OUTRAGOUSLY expensive in Portland Oregon. I do so want some cantalope. I am looking forward to eating the rest of the strawberries for lunch with cottage cheese. This high protein idea is really helping me stick to my diet. People can tell you something for years and you dont listen until you try it for yourself. I discovered when I did Medifast for three months that I wasnt hungry, I figured it out. I was eating 5 protein shakes a day plus a lean and green meal. At 500-700 calories a day you think I would have been starving. Its the protein (100 grams per day), It keeps me feeling full and satified. A little splurge yesterday and went over my RDI for the first time , super bowl enchiladas did it to me. I didnt watch the superbowl I watched a movie called P.S. and one caled Stealing Beauty did some laundry and took a nap until B started yelling at the TV and woke me up.. I will try to make it up by cutting out a little more this week. I think I finally convinced B that I cant have fudgesicles around. Why cant I control myself? anyway until I can no fudgesicles in the house.
