I hate to say it, reading Aging Backwards by Miranda Esmonde-White and then listening to The Obesity Code by Dr. Jason Fung (the copy of it on yourube) were eye opening to me. I was stuck around 220 for over 6 months back and forth. I joined this app, got strict again in March, I think, and I'm now almost in Onederland...and I can see being able to maintain this way of eating and lifestyle better as I go. I've always needed to eat pretty much like this though. But the poundage coming off in the last months and the feeling more energetic is wonderful! 💁🏻
