Weekends kill me! It's so hard to avoid unhealthy foods and alcohol! But the week days are a lot easier... so it's back to it this week and hopefully I can lose another 3 lbs!

I totally agree with you. My me the weekends are the hardest. I have a routine going for the weekdays, so when Saturday rolls along it totally messes with my routine.

I am just worried I stopped the progress I was making during the week by eating so badly on the weekend! I'm back up to weight from last week.... hopefully all that hard work was not for nothing!
