well todays weigh in is a more accurate reflection of my last week than the weigh in I got yesterday I have 'been' and my knee although its hurting is not hurting as much and does look less swollen
I do wonder how much extra it weighs on days its very bad and also how much weight a constipated bowel can hold
so today I am going to start adding fibre to my diet in the way of flax seeds (ground) and soya bran - although I have quite a bit of fibre anyway due to being vegetarian but perhaps not enough
