Down 3 lbs this week. I was really hoping for 5 but I realize that 5 is a bit unrealistic. The more important thing is that my clothes are fitting better and I really feel fantastic.
There were a couple of days last week that I really didn't feel like working out. I did anyways and felt great afterwards. I was hoping to get 5 days in but life got in the way on Wednesday and I didn't work out over the weekend. Still feel good all in all.
I really need to watch my water. I believe that is 100% the key for me and last week I wasn't real good at doing that.
