Carolyn Ray's Logboek, 07 feb 12

Tuesday: I took a muscle relaxer because I wore my new birthday shoes all day and my legs kind of hurt. The sales lady said this might happen. Anyway I went to bed early and slept very good all night!I had some strange dreams though. Diet went very well yesterday as I stayed just over 1000 calories. 188 here I come. I have added an ally with my AM peanut butter today. For every two pounds that you lose you are supposed to lose one more. I am trying to make sure to keep my fat grams under 47 per day. This is hard to do and I looked back at my calender I am usually over. The peanut butter is high in fat so I think this will help. The pathologist say to try to stay under 10 grams per meal. Peanut butter has 16.5 grams. So maybe this will block some of that. Also I bought some grapefruit and cottage cheese to eat for lunch, instead of the smart ones I usually eat, the calories are about the same but I get more protein (30 grams ! ! !) and less fat with the cottage cheese, also this is easy to pack. I am haveing trouble eating salad every night, Plus the dressing is adding too many calories, I love ranch dressing and I am not used to eating any other kind, I tried balsamic vinegar, I find myself dreading eating this, even tho I like salad. I think I need to pick things i really enjoy eating so I will opt for a vegatable instead, but now my salad is going bad before I can eat it all. Salad is so expensive here and I really hate to see this waste. I also hate to go shopping so often I guess Ill have to buy it one bag at a time if I want salad. I will also have to cut something else out If I want the ranch dressing, or I could have it if I ate it on fish night.
