Today was a true test; this was my first day off and usually I lay in bed and watch tv and snack. Today, instead, I stayed the course with my eating plan and had a workout session with a personal trainer.

It was one of the hardest workouts I've had in God knows when. I felt so much better today. Only thing I noticed was that my appetite or my feelings of snacking diminishing.
