day 178..i have been takin saturdays and sunday off to give my body time to heal from my weekly workouts, but since i took thursday off, i hit the gym this morning to make up for that day off...

30 min. elliptical
60 min. weight training
32 min. stationary bike


calories ate-------------------------1079
calories burned----------------------1994

i used the diet calendar today, wasnt to impressed, but mabye it will change as time passes...you cant add food thats not in their database, which would be a better database i would think...like my protein shakes, i kept having to mess with their numbers to get mine closer...o well...mabye it will get better..thought id try it...
