We had a lovely day at our friends' wedding yesterday - but it was complete disaster in terms of the diet! I've estimated that the wedding breakfast alone was over 1,000 calories. That in itself would not have been disasterous, had we not started on the champagne after we took our little boy back to go to bed at his grandparents, and then the buffet became so tempting...
Oh well, my worst day since starting this diet in July - probably just as well we're staying at the in-laws with no access to any scales!! Am going to have to be 100% today in the hopes I can salvage something for tomorrow's weigh-in... Uh oh!
