day 180...wow...already another month has passed..been 6 months since i changed my eatin habits and exercising to a better life style...seems like its been going by so fast...


32 min of stationary bike
15 min of crunches
60 min of weight lifting
32 min of stationary bike
20 min afternoon walk

How fast are you pedaling on that bike? hmmmm? it better be somewhere around 15 mph, ya hear?! :) j/k Just want to keep you on your toes, so you can't accuse me of not guiding you enough! LOL

i get 4 miles every 16 minutes..is that fast enough...

uh huh...that'll do I guess! I got my 8 miles done within 30 min yesterday...so I challenge you to push faster!

It takes me 22 minutes to go 4 miles. Once again you impress me! I went to the gym today again. Up to 24 minutes on the elyptical. My goal is to be up to 30 before my trip. Total of 50 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of weights. Pushed it! I will do another 4.5 miles on my bike at home tonight. Gotta get that weight loss started again!

i use to set the timer for 8 minutes and do 2 miles, then i built up to 16..thats about all my bottom can take on the bike at one time..till i get up and walk around and get on agian for another ride

the last time i was on the elliptical, i could tell i hadnt been on it in a while...seemed like 30 minutes took forever...i try an get on elliptical the days i just go to the gym and not do weights...

i was just lookin at my fat, protein, an carbs...alot of difference on here compared to the program i use...according to my program that i use everyday since i started on my journey to change my lifestyle....fat--30.4....carbs---112....protein--122....
