Baileyrose85's Logboek, 13 feb 12

I cannot wait until 4pm. I need to be off work and moving around so I don't fall asleep. Luckily I am meeting up with my BFF/MOH to do bootcamp after work. Hopefully that will help this dreadful, tired, grumpy mood I am in right now. It's always a stress relief to yell and cuss at Bob (were doing the Biggest Loser Bootcamp video).

Not only am I trying to lose weight, I am using this time to kick my addiction to diet energy drinks. I know they are or have the potential to effect my health and I tend to lose weight faster without them, probably due to the artificial sweeteners. This is not helping the 2:30 feeling I am enduring right now. Although it isn't much better, I think I am going to hit up the vending machine for a diet soda for a dose of caffeine.
