loosinisfun's Logboek, 13 feb 10

gooooooooood mornin everyone...wakin up to 27 outside, the weather man says snow is on the way tonight...possibly an accumulation...but we just dont get the snow fall like we use to around here..so its only snow if it gets to the ground ...was suppose to have light snow yesterday..dont think it even flurried even though they said it would....so will wait an see if any of this gets to the ground...mr scales is showin alittle more of a loss this mornin...but not enough to record yet...kinda surprised to see a loss knowin my eating was off yesterday an i just ate what i wanted even though in the back of my mind i was thinkin...not what you should be eating...funny how once you change into a healthier eating routine, how your mind will kno when your messin up, but your hand to mouth wont listen...lol...did 30 min of ab crunches yesterday an then 30 on the bike to no where...wanted to do another 30 in the afternoon, but after being out in the morning, just never could get warm...could feel the cooler air from the snow we didnt get...so ended up stayin inside an watchin tv...another bad habit of mine when its to cold to get out an keep busy...not sure what im gonna do today yet...to early to think that far ahead...lol..hopefully we will get some snow this time an i can get a great workout from that ...have a great one everyone...

MINI GOALS FOR ME TO REFOCUS ON EACH DAY !!!!

1. I AM DOING THIS FOR ME !!!!!

2. THINK THIN....THINKING POSITIVE AND STAYING POSITIVE KEEPS ME IN THE MOOD!!!!!

3. STAY IN THE MOMENT !!!!!

4. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AT THE NEXT MEAL !!!!

5. CHANGE MY MINI GOALS TO 5 POUND INCREMENTS....TO MAKE IT EASIER TO HIT MY MINI GOALS !!!!!...SET MINI WEIGHT LOSS GOALS I CAN REACH!!!

6. FOOD IS NOT A REWARD !!!!...ITS NOURISHMENT !!!

7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS I GET OUTTA BED !!!!

8. EAT MY HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!....AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!.... AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!

9. I DIDNT GAIN IT ALL IN ONE DAY...CONSISTENCY AND DETERMINATION WORKS IT BACK OFF...

10. WATER!!! HELPS TO FLUSH OUT THE SALT !!!!!

11.. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

12. IF I HAVE TIME TO SIT AT THE COMPUTER, THEN I HAVE TIME TO EXERCISE...

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST....

13. DO THE BEST I CAN DO EVERYDAY...I'M ONLY IN COMPETION WITH MYSELF !!!!!!

:) Have a great day loosin, I'm up this morning with the sunrise though I'm on the side of the building where I get to see the beautiful sunsets, though they're nicer at the Pacific Ocean. It's cold and cloudy here, I worked during the night, my back is better now I can take walks, if it is maybe over 30* and not too cold I might go for a walk this afternoon... I hope you can get some exercise in outdoors maybe, and that it isn't too cold outside there for you!
