My recent calorie counts may seem super low, but I don't think my beef stew estimates are right. I also ate home-made lasagna and wasn't sure about those calories either. And Chinese food from anything but panda express is hard to count as well. So I just ate my cup and half serving and left it at that. I wanted to make sure I didn't go over my limit for the day, so I just made sure to not snack for the rest of the day. But I just wanted it to be clear that I wasn't starving myself.
