Day three workout im not sore i just feel like jello! Cant wait for Mondays weigh in ill be sad if im not down but i wont give up!

Remember with any workout, your muscles can retain water to help them heal. Which can show on the scale as a small loss, no loss or even a gain. If your muscles rest, they should be fine. Sometimes it takes a couple of weeks for the scale to catch up to the exercise.
