Carolyn Ray's Logboek, 17 feb 12

Friday: Good sleep last night and I made a lot of progress on my files at work. I will get a lot done today also. Nothing interesting to say ...I am having some issues with dieting. I am not hungry but have been wanting to eat. I just have to keep reminding myself that dieting is not easy and to expect these strange out of the blue cravings, Ill meet them head on and talk myself out of them, Pushing water and hot drinks like tea and coffee. I once fasted for 18 days straight . If I can do that I can give the cold shoulder to a few urges...control your self and stop it! Keep journling, keep recording your food. you can do this . this is nothing nothing nothing..
