OK...i CHOOSE THE WEIGHT AFTER A HARD GYM PASS!! Why? Because My inability to go to the bathroom like normal humans causes me to store food inside me for several days in a row. So I figures that the 2 pounds I lost sweating at they gym would equals at least some of the things inside me that will not come out!! :( My stomach hurts. Not a good feeling at all.
