Well another day.
Going to try and drop 5 more lbs. I was going to maintain at 165 but I want to see if that will make a difference in my body composition. I feel as thou I look the same as I did at 180. Must just be me.
I'm also going to try different workout sessions as I was doing low weights high reps. Going to try HIIT and see what happens. I have always leaned more towards Crossfit type of training. Will see what 1 or 2 months of training will do.
Like they say we are our worst critics.
Once a month comes around I will see about posting a before and after pic. Will see.
