SABOTAGELESS's Logboek, 18 feb 12

est time of hip hop abs excercise was 50 min. between morning and night. 20 min of treadmill. New goal is to do a minimum walk on treadmill EVERYDAY for at least 20 minutes. Pain in my right leg lately feels like its due to my weight. I'm 40 now time to really get my shit together witht this weight loss and maintenance !
