Well its Sunday June 11, 2017.

Going to weight in and see where I'm at weight wise. I have been trying to stick with low carbs but have been going over most of the days. I was trying to stay under 95 but my average is about 130 or so.

One question I have is do you guys(gals) count all the vegetables & fruits as carbs? I'm talking about celery, salads, bananas, etc. I was reading some blogs and some people are saying not to count these as carbs. What is your take on this? I like to eat lots of vegetables, like broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower and salads. As for fruits currently I'm only eating bananas with my morning oatmeal.

Let me know what you guys think on this subject. I'm trying to cut my body fat percentage down and get rid of the annoying belly fat. LOL.
