It must be a case of the Mondays. Woke up with a headache and it's "cold" outside. Drive to the gym 1 hr early. Fml.
Looking at pictures in my phone and came across my goal. I put my picture today side by side with my goal and saw that I have a long way to go. Guess I have to focus on the gym and putting in the hard work. The food part is the easier of the two. I sill have temptations but as I eat more clean, the cravings are subsiding.
Happy Monday and off to the gym along with picking up my meal service to help freshen up my food choices.
