want2lose12's Logboek, 16 feb 10

Ok so I've been trying to loose the same 10 or so pounds for over 10 years, apparently I'm not trying hard enough. To try to motivate myself I decided to try a half marathon...maybe. So far running a mile is exhausting. I thought my problem was just getting to they gym but I bought a treadmill last week and although I’m doing more than I had been doing (as far as working out goes) I am no where near the athlete that I thought I was. This idea I have of myself in my head doesn’t line up with the person I really am…weird. So anyway here goes I’m going to give this a shot for 30 days…maybe.
