SABOTAGELESS's Logboek, 22 feb 12

tuesd i went to gym and did a zumba class for 30 min and then 10 min on elliptical machine. 1st dy w no treadmill since saturday. today will do treadmill for 20min... elliptical for 20min.. and bike for 20min at the gym. will be weighing in a minute and I hope my goal of a 2lb. loss this week is successful.
