Losing weight does feel good. And congrats to you. My measley four pounds isn't much, but you know what???? I CAN tell the difference in my clothes. It's crazy. And esteem wise, that four pounds is huge. For you, your loss is so significant.......I know you must feel like a million bucks!!!! Have you bought yourself a whole new wardrobe, or did you have clothes that you wanted to get back into again? I am kind of doing both. I buy myself new stuff to celebrate/inspire me.....but there are some outfits that I ADORED that I refuse to let go of because I have to get back into them again. How does your spouse like the new look?
Mine asked, "Are you doing this for me?" and I said "HECK NO!!!! I'm doing it for ME, but I have no doubt that you will love it too!" LOL
