Sandy701's Logboek, 22 feb 12

3.3 miles walked with doggies today, as there was no rain (yet), only a very slowly-lifting fog! Driving DH to work today was a real adventure! I even had to re-learn how to turn on my fog lights.

Ate way too many peanuts last night and also ate a large amount of the stir-fry beef I cooked up after dinner. I like having it around, as a munchie-substitute, but last night, I still felt hungry after dinner. What IS going ON??!! My own little Mardi Gras???

What-ever....hope springs eternal and I've diligently planned out my food - AGAIN - for today. This is getting exasperating. I KNOW how to do this....it shouldn't be this hard. My mojo has obviously gone on an over-extended holiday and seems to be in no hurry to get back. And the more I worry about it, I think, the worse it becomes.

Well, it's off to the thrift store this afternoon, then a short errand before picking up DH from work. We've decided I'll be the transportation service for the rest of the week and then he'll probably be good-to-go by next week. Today's fog would have been way too difficult for him and the expected rains coming would probably be a challenge as well. I can certainly drive him, so better safe than sorry. Easier for me to adjust my schedule than for him to get in a wreck.

Finally, another Republican debate on tonight. Love those things.

Sandy, so glad that hubby is doing well. I agree, he shouldn't be driving in any kind of weather right now. I hear you on the mojo thing. Seems like I am just not feeling it right now. I am doing well with my foods, sticking to plan, but it just feels BLAH! Maybe if the "stoopit" scale would move...oh well, I'll just keep on slogging along...sooner or later something has to give. Nice walking before the rain..it is raining here..I agree your DH souldn't be driving for a while..Stay away from the peanuts..put a sign up that says..no peanuts for you girl..and walk away..LOL...You will get your mojo back I can feel it..Have a great day...:O)

Bren, I need a sign and a great big ol' boxing mitt that will give me a solid punch if I reach for that can. I'll be thinking of you on your liquid prep day today....tomorrow will be easy, breezy!

Buffy, maybe that's because there's 1 Mojo missing so the other one is doing double duty, 1 day with you, 1 with me, etc. Gotta shake off this funk for good!!!!!
