The exercise bike is sure helping me out! :) I'm really glad my roommates talked me into it. I started on February 8th and have lost 4.2lb already!

4 afternoons a week, I pop in an episode of Buffy and bike for about 40-45 mins. I'm not pushing myself too hard - if I do that, I'll give up, and for my health I simply can't afford to give up any more.

One of my friends has asked me to play tennis with her in spring/summer, so not only will I be getting exercise I'll be getting fresh air (and a tan?!) too! :D I'm actually getting somewhat excited about being active... I never thought I'd feel this way!
