I have 21 lb. I'd like to lose between now and the first weekend in October (Harvest Festival at my work). Right now, that seems pretty do-able. That would be 7 pounds a month average. Seems attainable, considering my size. With that general goal, it's likely that I'll be in "onederland" by the end of July, too. Can you tell I'm goal-oriented? ;)
