Everything is in upheaval right now. We decided to put our house up for sale because we know we will never be able to pay off the mortgage before we die. Can't leave our daughter with debt. So we found a new development where you can get a small house built for a reasonable sum and have a mortgage we can pay off in 10 yrs. We've lived in this nice little cottage for 25 yrs and I really hate to leave. It's the only house we've ever owned, so it's our first time trying to sell. I didn't know what it would be like having to keep the house tidy and pet-free at the drop of a hat every time a realtor wants to come over. Also have had tech problems that are interfering with my ability to work efficiently right now. I'm kinda weepy and stressed out and have been eating a lot of the wrong foods. Too much sugar for one thing. I just want all this to be over with.
