Hi all! I am back from vacation and it was defiantly needed! We walked our butts off, I have no clue where I am at or if I gained anything, but I am not concerned about it right now. The holidays are too crazy and I am just taking time off to get things back on track and get though this time of year! I will get back on track after the first of the year and kick this in the butt! It has been very hard since Thanksgiving for me with all the depression and feelings that I am having with losing my niece, man how I wished it would have started to get better, but it isn't and I don't think it ever will. This is why I am just going to take a break and make all my goals after the first of the year. I am still eating pretty good and exercising when I can, but not following anything to the "T" and that is just fine for now! It will happen, I know it will...just need to wait for it! I wish all of you a Very Happy Holiday Season and hope for a very best New Year to come!
